Dr. Victoria Hauwa Jatto is an economist, academic, and policy strategist with experience spanning research, consulting, and national development planning. She is a Senior Lecturer at Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Deputy Director of the Raw Materials Research Unit, and CEO of Intellect Plus Advisory Ltd.
With advisory roles across national and international institutions — including NISER, the Medium-Term National Development Plan, and global organisations such as the UN and African Development Bank — she is committed to advancing sustainable development across Africa.
